We are pleased to announce major upgrades for the 2021 season that will enhance the baseball fan experience on every level. The partnerships and relationships recently formed have encouraged the organization to deliver a heightened experience our fans deserve.

Our first major change has been the overall accessibility and newly redesigned website to promote better engagement with our Power fans. This has been made possible through our outstanding partnership with HappsNow, a comprehensive next-generation ticketing platform. We are very excited to work with them as they have shown great enthusiasm for raising the standard on what our organization can offer.

With HappsNow, we are now able to move our ticketing system to an electronic format that can be purchased directly on the Niagara Power Baseball website. Through the use of QR codes, there will no longer be a need for paper tickets which provides more flexibility and safety for fans moving forward. The ease at which fans can enter the stadium continues with the options for fans to choose where they view the game. 

Seating choices can be selected on the website which also includes some new price changes for 2021. General admission ticket prices have been lowered from previous years and our premium chairback seats behind home plate have been slightly raised. Fans also have the option to purchase season tickets either in the general admission section or the chairback section. Season ticket holders will also receive membership to the Power Club which holds additional fan value in the form of giveaways, merchandise credit, concessions credit, and special access only available for Power Club members.

Another exciting advancement for our Power fans is the new partnership with FanFood, a mobile ordering system for stadiums and other entertainment venues. Fans of the Power will now be able to order concessions right from their phone with FanFood for either pickup or in-seat delivery. This cashless and contactless system redefines stadium food convenience meaning less time waiting in line and more time watching baseball.
